Cancellation Policy
We (TVS Motor Company) urge You ("Customer") to familiarize with our Cancelation policy before going ahead with the purchase / order.
Note:-
- for refunding the amount paid by you, you shall share the following details:- Your bank account number , Bank and Branch IFSC code, a copy of cancelled cheque leaf which shows your name / Bank account number and IFSC code.
- Also Refund will be done only to the same account from which the you had booked the vehicle.
- Change of owner's name will not be entertained till it is delivered to you and vehicle will be delivered only to you ( in whose name the vehicle is booked)
- You will be updated on various stages of delivery of your Vehicle / payment vide email /SMS.
- For Refund of full ex-showroom price pls refer the below table.
- The above table clarifies with regard to the refund in case of Built To Order customization cancellation by you.
As You will be able to track the status of your Order, You may cancel your order in the following stages: -

- For amount paid to TVS refund will be by TVS and amount paid to Dealer refund will be by the Dealer.
- Minimum time for delivery of your vehicle will be 45 days from the date of Order Received.
- In case of any delay in delivery of your Vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed about the same through SMS/ email.
- Once the vehicle is proceeded for registration by Dealer, no refund will be entertained.
